• B - Exhibitor & Coffee Break Sponsor – $2,000.00
  As a Exhibitor & Coffee Break Sponsor, your organization will receive recognition during a key networking opportunity at the Symposium, including:
  
  - One (1) complimentary Symposium registration, option to add additional attendees at a discounted rate.
  - Recognition as the Exhibitor & Coffee Sponsor of the Symposium
  -Opportunity to briefly address attendees beginning of the exhibitor & coffee break

  This sponsorship level is for FQHC from across the state to support the Rural Health Symposium. The logos of organizations that participate will be featured at the conference, on the NYSARH website and in social media.
• B - Lunch Sponsor – $2,000.00
  As the Lunch Sponsor, your organization will receive prominent visibility during one of the Symposium’s highest-attended networking opportunities, including:
  
  - One (1) complimentary Symposium registration, with the option to add more at a discounted rate

  Available only to Rural Health Networks. Sponsorship includes your organization logo on a shared poster, in the program book and on the NYSARH website. Admission for ONE person is included.

  As the Symposium Conference Sponsor, your organization will receive premier visibility and engagement opportunities throughout the Symposium, including:
